10T Steel Scrap Loading Electric Hydraulic Orange Peel Grab Bucket for Crane

TSF electro-hydraulic orange peel grabs are designed for use in Waste-to-Energy Plants (WTE) handling municipal waste, wood chip and similar materials. The standard range of grabs are available in volumes from 325 to 15.000 litres.The grabs are fitted with 5, 6 or 7 arms, depending on the volume of the grab and the materials to be handled.

They are offered in open, semi-open and closed models.On standard models a solenoid directional valve ensures the grabs opens and closes quickly and smoothly. If required, grabs can be modified to operate by means of reversed motor rotation.

Scope of supply: fit to≥ 25t crane

~The hydraulic pumps adopt high pressure axial plunger pumps. The output of pumps is bidirectional. The opening and closing of the grabs are controlled by the turnover of the electrical machine.

~The hydraulic systems are equipped with a check valve in case that the grabs are out of control when there is a sudden power off. The systems are equipped with adjustable benefits flow valve and pressure measurement points to control the pressure of the systems.

The technology and design of the TSF Grab are based on internationally mature standards; the manufacturing, assembly, and debugging of the grab bucket's steel structure, as well as the processes and quality assurance, all comply with international (ISO) and European (EN) industrial standards.
