TSFProcess Description

Forged ring production: the manufacturer cerifed by the classifcation society provides forged rings, and smelting, forging, heat treatment, faw detection and inspection all conform to the traceability, which fundamentally guarantees the perormance.
Preliminar processing of rope grooves: resere 4 to 5mm machining allowance.
Sheave welding: use the mechanical arm to weld sheaves into shape and perorm UT faw detection on the welds.
Teriar processing: process hubs with high precision in place according to the requirements of drawings and standards.
Groove surace hardening: strictly control the operation process to ensure the hardness and depth.
Secondar processing: process the rope grooves in place with high precision, and preliminarily process the wheel hubs(resering 3 to 5mm machining allowance).
Coating and marking: carr out protective coating treatment for products and make steel seal marks to track the full life.

Material: 42CrMo for environment above -30℃ and 40CrNiMo for environment below -30℃
Heat treatment: quenching and tempering + surface hardening
Surface hardness: HRC50-56, the effective depth of the hardened layer is greater than 15mm, and the hardness at 15mm depth is greater than HRC35, HB340-380, the effective depth of the hardened layer is greater than 15mm, and the hardness at 15mm depth is greater than HB260
Tensile strength: ＞800MPa(GB/T17107-2015)
